The Modern Pantry Chef working with the Student

Rob Mcleary Head chef at The Modern Pantry in London's Clarkenwell comes to work at The Kitchen Reading College to inspire and work with the students on a Dinner menu designed by Rob.




Rob shared his experience and knowledge with the students showing them ingredients and produce that they have never used or tasted. The way Rob worked with the student was inspiring and uplifting.
